Is there anyone other than the drivers and passengers involved in a Florida car accident who I can sue for damages?

Generally, you sue the at fault driver. Most of the time, passengers are not at fault and you are unable to sue them. However, if the at fault driver is driving a borrowed car or a car owned by another person, you have the ability to sue the owner as well as the at fault driver.
