An initial consultation is very important following your car accident. However, the answer is simple. Just bring anything you received from the accident scene, that may include the driver exchange form or the crash accident report. If you've already gone in and received medical treatment bring those medical records. Also, very importantly, bring your insurance information, and all the information you received from the at-fault driver.
