Can I receive money even if the Florida car accident was my fault?

That is a tricky question and requires consulting a lawyer immediately. The short answer is yes if there is a percentage of fault or blame to put on the other driver. If you are 100% at fault, you cannot collect through what's commonly known as bodily injury liability insurance. However in Florida and currently, we have what's called No-Fault insurance that's PIP Personal Injury Protection. Sometimes regardless of fault, you can get your medical bills paid as well as lost wages from that coverage.
